    I believe Aliexpress is just producing a digital print which is like those thin roll up poster. Those are very cheap to produce and are mass machine printed.

    This from Massdrop is printed on a thick board and individually hand printed. The process is called screen printing which takes more time, and the end result is much better. Inked areas are raised and the texture can be felt :)

  At least one poster has an error.
  The X-wing design does quote the correct design patent, number 345396:

  But the Millenium Falcon poster quotes design patent 228688, which is wrong, that patent has nothing to do with Star Wars:
