    • +47

      The normal price is priceless.

      • +5

        I know, love this show!

  • +6

I'm doubt that it is at every Kmart but it's $9 at my local (Aspley QLD)

    Sensational show though.

    • +1

Picked it up for $9 at Kmart at Toombull a few weeks back. I'd say it's $9 at all Kmart's.

    • is it $9 for both series 1 and 2 ??

      • +2

        Yes, $9 for both series.

They also have the Celebrity Challenge special for $9 too.

    • Found it at kmart in Perth for $13

  • +16

for those that want to see what they are missing out on, it's been getting a re-run on channel One, Sunday 7.30-8.30pm, started a few weeks ago.

    • +13

Or YouTube if you want to quickly check it out.

Why spend fifty bucks on a piece of Chinese plastic when you can have this?

    • +7

Now for a re-run or DVD deal on "Life Support", another great Australian parody TV series from 2001.

      • +3

Howwwwzit, Dr Rudi here. Life Support was repeated on SBS earlier this year - definitely keen on another DVD release though.

    Time to hit the road.

Loved this show as a kid / young teen. Can't go wrong for these prices

  • Is there any more than 2 seasons?

  • +1

Great show. Lots of laughs as a kid.

  • +2

brings back so many memories! best show

  • +1

    That's it's normal price though?

I bought it a few months ago from JB. It's clearly not on sale. Although I do agree anyone without it should grab it. :P

    Those majestic ants :)

      :)

Dawn. And as the first rays of dawn began to dawn, the Aussie bush comes alive. Brightly coloured parrots, the magnificent brown sparrow, and the majestic … bullant.

Good to see Kel Night moving on from his butcher business.

He sure does have a 'pick up ya bags and let's go' attitude.

"Some of the animals are nocturnal, so the best time to see them is at night. Only you can't see them, because it's dark."

  • $20 looks to be the standard price (ABC shop and others) so this is a good deal.

    All time classic Aussie humour!

  • +2

Good price OP, but when I opened the case there was just a collection of bark and leaves where the DVDs should've been.

Got this a few months back, was the same price plus they had it part of the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion. Picked up Mrs Browns Boys and Two and a Half Men s11 also.

My favourite scene, funny how some foreigners take this as real advice in comments

  • On TV currently ;-)

  • There's a good quote I can't find at the moment, something like, "And then we head west into the northeast corner of South Australia"

  • Celebrity Challenge is marked at $9, but scans at $13. Season 1+2 had no tag, but scanned at $13 too. I showed the manager and asked if he could help me out and make Season 1+2 $9 and he said OK. Score!

  • Went into K-Mart Cannington and this was ~$13, not the same as the $9 reported elsewhere. Also they didn't have the Celebrity Adventures. I also checked on iTunes and it's ~$13 for each season, and no Celebrity Adventures either.

  • Picked up Celeb Challenge and the S1+2 DVDs at Kmart. Both were $13 but it's still cheap. Watched 3 episodes from Season 1 last night, had forgotten just how brilliant the show is. Love the cutaways to the handshakes.

  • I always loved the episode where he took his niece and nephew (I think) into the outback to mesmerise them. They were just regular bratty kids with zero interest.

    Was pretty funny

  • +5

Friggen funny as show, what a funny guy and funny production crew… I'm just in awe imagining them traveling around Australia making these silly scenes, but obviously with a lot of well thought out Aussie humour behind it…

Fun Fact: there is an episode where Russel is trying to dig a big hole at a farm, or show how good he is at renovating the farm house. He ends up backing the Excavator/Digger back in to the house and knocks the house over!

That house used to belong to someone I know! They had sold it a few years earlier and it was starting to go in to disrepair… so I guess the next owner was happy with it being destroyed for the sake of a funny episode!

    • +2

This TV series is definitely up there in my favourite shows of all time. Of all time.

Pls make a season 3 Glenn.

    • They were probably planning to knock the house down any way and build a new house.

Now only $10.38 with the current JB Hi-Fi sale.

    • Now an even better price for a hilarious show. Picking it up next week at my local JB :)

  • It looks like only Season 2 is available on Google Play and it's $15.99! https://play.google.com/store/tv/show/All_Aus_Adventures_Rus… I havent bought a DVD for years, but you'd be crazy not to grab this.

  • I just picked one up for $11.37 delivered. JB are only charging 99c for delivery. (3043 VIC) http://imgur.com/AOlrPun - Maybe a mod can add 'or $11.37 delivered' into title?

    • Also shipped within 18hrs; got the email alert today.

  • hmmm he has just expired…..

    • Are you sure? I can still add it to my cart.

  • All Aussie Adventures.. Time to hit the road.. One of my favourites is when he shakes hands with an aboriginal and its two white hands shaking.. or vice versa. One of my all time fav tv shows

  • I love this show. Still watch it with Dad occasionally.
