This has been going for more than a year now (if you spend over $5 and get a receipt usually), it available also with Shake and Win prizes and all other vouchers.
Not for all. This week when I bought from HJ Macquarie Centre the receipt doesn't have the free cheeseburger "invite".
How much did you spend, usually I get one once I spend a fiver and at least 1 item that isn't on a voucher or free.
I bought a Whopper Jr — less than $5, but I used to get them even when I redeemed Shake and Win prizes.

Isn't the code unique?
Tried the survey and it says the code is unique,don't currently have any HJ reciepts to test it out.if u keep klicking the submit button continiusly is overrides and progresses :)
