$20 for a burger? No wonder people are crying poor. Can think of much better 'proper' cafe/restaurant options at that price.
Had 6 of their burgers today (3 original cheese + 3 crispy chicken). Pretty good value burgers especially when you include the discount!

I had 6 burgers because I don't usually eat quality burgers (unless I make them myself) as they're so expensive.
Got one for lunch from their Valley store, actually really good, only problem is parking on James Street is basically non-existent and it's always congested.
