    • +1

Yes. Just add to cart, proceed to checkout, add code and see for yourself.

  • Just picked up the Canon G7 x from Kogan for $636 less 15%, $541 then cash back rewards and TRs should come out as about $468! Pretty happy with that and made the choice between the Canon and Dony RX100 III a bit easier.

    • +3

Might not be able to get TRS with kogan as they usually grey import goods so they dont charge GST. Ie. Wont be an Australian sale unless its Aussie stock and sold by kogan australia.

      • +1

Yep. You won't be getting TRS from Kogan since they sell grey.

    • Definitely can't do TRS on this.

  • Excellent timing. There's a laptop I've been watching for ages and will score $100 off

    • which laptop did you get?

  • Looking at getting a home security setup .. anyone recommend a Hikvision seller on ebay?

    • +1

I bought my Hikvisions from Aliexpress as they worked out cheaper than ebay. Worth a look if you're going to be buying a few

      • thanks.

  • Been looking to replace my 6 year old video card on my gaming PC. Anyone come across any good deals for a card under $250. My whole computer is old but I am thinking if I buy a new GFX card it would extend its life by another year or maybe two.

I just dont know what I should look at or whats the latest and greatest these days as I am so out of touch, I mostly game at 1080P and would be great to be able to run the new games coming out.

      • Thanks so much for the link, I did some research and I think I would like to go for a GRX 960 which would be around 300. I am not in a hurry so might wait till black friday sales to see if I can get it for a bit cheaper.

        • Make sure your PSU can support whichever card you decide upon.

  • When it says two transactions per customer, does that mean two items or two total transactions of everything in your cart? So can I buy 6 items in two transactions?

    • +1

      Yes. You can.

      1. Use add to cart function and then pay for all items together, use add to cart function now to prep your items before they sell out
      2. You will max out your discount if you purchase above $666, better to use several purchases if you are over $666
      3. You cannot mix currencies in checkout
      4. Will not work with other coupons or gift cards
  • Does this work for new accounts? Eg if I use my two transactions can I get my girlfriend to make an account and do two more? Or is it on existing accounts only?

    • My understanding is even if its a diff account, but the same PayPal acct then eBay deems you have done two transactions. Anyone could confirm?

        • You have used up valuable real estate on an important thread. :)

        • @nortyjak:

To be quite honest, I think my post is underrated and deserves more upvotes

        • @DeafMutePretender:
Not many ppl got ur reference, esp on 10+ page threads?
Great parody lyrics. I did and it shows how old I am :(

        • @mmd:

I'll need to use a newer hip song as a reference next time. Maybe the song from 50 shades of grey.

          50 Shades of Plastic

        • @DeafMutePretender:
I got it. Especially liked "Parky" as a typical Korean surname but how many people would commonly know that in Aus? Also many may not be old enough to know the original song.

Hi guys, do you have any suggestions for a good colour laser printer with cheap toner cartridge replacement?
    Thanks!

    • urefilltoner.co.uk/test-lab-printer-reviews.html
      I bought the L8250 model

  • +4

Keep the suggestions coming folks. Anything that is remotely a deal to you, post.

  • Can i redeem sony cashback if i bought sonys camera from ebay where there clearly didnt states any cashback?

    • No, it can't be from any seller. It has to be local stock and from an authorized Sony seller. So it can only be from the official eBay stores of Teds, The Good Guys, Paxtons, Video Pro etc. Be careful because there are alot of grey imports and they usually claim 'AU warranty' but it's really just their own company's 12 month warranty, and they won't be eligible.

      • Thats what I thought. Thanks for clarifying.

  • +8

A good opportunity to get steam Gift cards. I've found US$50 cards for $62 with the discount, current exchange rate puts US$50 at AU$72.

    • Did you get it from the g2a ebay store? I'm trying to find the same deal. Also I thought the deal didn't apply to gift cards lol.

      • Never mind I found and purchased it, thanks for the tip!

        • Can you send a link of the seller? I don't see G2A only a HK seller with US and UK codes.

        • +2

@jewsavings: Not sure if I am allowed to post links but here it is anyway:

          http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/181815568017?_trksid=p2060353.m27…

It says US and UK but I bought it and everything worked fine. Also some dude bought 6 of them in one go lol!

        • @watty:
cheers dude, I don't know why I couldn't see it before. pretty damn cheap!

        • @jewsavings: No worries! I usually buy it from Eb but this will save me the time and I'm pretty sure it's cheaper as well. Also considering buying another but $62 is already one hell of a hit for me.

    • Stock up for christmas sale, right…

  • Any iphone 6/6+ deals?

  • Any deals on PS4 controller?

  • Stupid question …. We get 15% off, so the seller will get 15% less than their asking price or eBay and PayPal pay for that 15%?

    • +3

      ebay/paypal pay.

      • +7

True, but it's pretty close to break even! I'm sure ebay probably come out on top with the extra traffic and exposure, and added non-discount sales. I've been selling on ebay for 15 years, mostly on the US site..and fees are pretty close to 15% for every item i sell. Factoring in 'Shop Fees', 'Listing Fees', 'Final Value Fees', 'Paypal Fees', 'Paypal currency exchange fees', 'Shipping fee'. They'll be charging a 'fee' for breathing oxygen soon! ;-)

    Anything worth buying?

  • +1

    Is $631 after 15% + 2.5% a good deal for an iPhone 6+ 16gb?

    • +2

not sure about maths but i would avoid 16 gb as its very less memory atleast 64 gb as the high resolution photos and big games will full the 13 gb very quickly and u have to keep shufflinf with itunes

      • It's $631 after all discounts, still considering whether I should get it or not as I have a 16gb iPhone 5 and it doesn't get filled up. I have an iPad which has all my apps, I only have a small music collection.

    • Can I have a link ? that is a good deal

      • Listing got removed. I asked seller few questions beforehand and he didn't reply. But there are other iPhone 6 16gb for around that price.

  • Can anyone recommend a good Bluetooth speaker? I've heard that the Bose mini sounslink is pretty good.

  • +2

Any good Kindle deals going atm? Looking for a newish model.

  • ahhhhhthank you.

  • Can we combine items from different sellers for this promotion?

Example: If I buy 1 item for $30 then I buy another 1 $30 from other seller so the total is $60. Is it legit? Does it work? How?

    • yes, just add to cart

    • Yes use add to cart option or if you have several auctions then just finish them all before 30th Sept and pay for them in one go ( Max of 10 items), use website rather than android app because I can't seem to figure it out using app.

  • +4

Looking at all the things I've wanted to buy for ages - taking the 15% off just means I'll be paying what full retail was before the AUD tanked….:p

  • +2

This is great - just bought an Intel Core i7-4790k for $391:)

    • Hey Sweepy do you mind giving the link to this intel deal?

      • Better be quick 4 left: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Intel-Core-i7-4790K-Processor-/23…

I made an offer of $460 and it was accepted.

        Good luck!

        • +1

Believe it or not before you reply to me i found this and made the same offer $460. I took one of the 5 available. It was a new listing. Maybe you got that last one yesterday. I have check everywhere paying $460 excluding the discount is the best price.
