    That's a bit rough. The cheapest item in your link is only 40 cents cheaper! It's not the same product either, even though it does the same job. The OP's linked product is far more compact and I think it's cool.

      If you value your ports, you'd get something with a cable attached, give it some flexibility to move. With these compact ones, it's far too easy to break the port.

    You're comparing different products. The product in the OP is considerably smaller than a traditional OTG cable.

    You are paying for the form factor.
    That said, the deal I've posted earlier from Aliexpress is back up (USD $0.85), so it's cheaper there.
    Though, people tend to be iffy about Aliexpress due to no PayPal.

    Unless you get an external power supply, not really. OTG ports don't supply enough power.
    Also, Android cannot recognise NTFS, unless you do things.

    Be Careful with Aliexpress! My card was compromised with my first purchase with them (as they don't accept paypal). This has never happened on the same card with Paypal.

      I'd say that's a pretty rare occurrence. I've made over 100 purchases from Aliexpress with no problems.
