Prices are nationwide but like previous clearance sales are not advertised as not all stores have all stock.

Got all excited when I saw 'Big W' and 'clearance' but those prices are very underwhelming. Pretty much all can be had cheaper elsewhere.
Wouldn't really call those prices a clearance. Can be had for cheaper elsewhere I think.
Honestly with the drop zone this year people's expectations are way to high for what a clearance should be imo. With the aussie dollar where it is currently I think you'd be hard pressed to find the newer games cheaper here or overseas. Yes I have seen some of the games cheaper as well but for people that haven't already picked these games up it's a great chance to get them at a cheaper than normal price. Anyway that's my 2 cents.
Big W kind of set up the fail themselves though.
When they used to have a much higher spec PS3 for 25% less? I think people have every right to expect more. I'd say this is more akin to gouging than a clearance. It's not like the price of the PS3 has altered with the dollar, it's old stock.
Mediocre. Harvey Norman has better prices.

Gta is $39 everywhere, origins can be found $15-16 and rouge is $22 at target.
Ebgames has this version of the PS3 for $169 in store, and as listed above games cheaper elsewhere. Big W is just trying to catch Targets momentum.

Sadly I saw Alien Isolation PS4 for $14 at Kmart along with another heap of price reductions today. The Xbox One version was still priced at $20 for some reason.

There was 1 copy of Alien: Isolation for Xbone left on the shelf at Kmart Midland WA at lunch time today. It was marked as $14. None for PS4.
