Highly recommend these guys, been a customer since the old skypilot days and nothing beats being able to call someone who is Australian and speaks English any day of the week.

That's great to hear mate, glad we've been able to help :)

As opposed to Australian that does not speak English any day of the week?

    Hi rep

Might be worth mentioning that your price is on the 25/5 speed.

Also how long is this offer available for? They are putting boxes on houses in my neighborhood

Also is this offer only available on 24 months plans or can I take it up on month by month basis?

    • Hi Wayne,

I Will have this updated, aswell we are offering this until 31/12/15

The double data promotion is available on both the contract and no contract, with the no contract you can either pay $80 for the 4 port wireless router or BYO router to the service

  • Would happily support an Aussie Business if I could atleast get 50/20 MBytes and if this deal was still valid mid October when I move into my new place :(

Hello, this offer is valid until 31/12/15 feel free to give our sales team a call and they will be able to advise whether your new address will be serviceable :)

      • Oh Wow, Will do thanks!

  • Now lets hope nbn will be installed in my local suburb soon.

    • Don't hold your breath…

Not the cheapest deal. Exetel's 25/5 NBN plan with 500GB is $59/month, $11 cheaper per month:
    http://www.exetel.com.au/broadband/nbn

And if you want to compare the terabyte offer, Exetel have unlimited 25/5 for $69/month, $1 cheaper per month than this deal, and you continue to get that after the six-month period has expired.

    • But it's Exetel…

You get what you pay for, do some speedtests of Exetel's service vs. Aussie's during peak periods. I can almost guarantee you you'll be hideously congested with Exetel.

  • still waiting for the day when they tell me they will install NBN…
    slackers are so slow.

    • Hello, is this with Aussie Broadband? if so I would love to help you out and see what I can do to help you :)

      • nah i meant in my suburb.
i think my area will be the last to get NBN

        • My area is not even on the NBN list :/ and Im only 18kms from perth CBD

In fact most of SOR Perth hasnt got it.

        • @AMLagonda: yeh but perth isnt that great anyway lol
          jokes…
i live near chadstone- the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere and no fibre…

Howdy, long term ADSL business customer of Aussie Broadband and short term residential NBN customer here :-) I was previously with Telstra for my home NBN, and the speeds and service were terrible.

Aussie Broadband have been nothing short of fantastic. You speak to a local friendly, professional person each time you call… not the cheapest, but certainly competitive. Their service is amazing and Internet speeds have been spot on.

Can highly recommend their service to anyone.

That's awesome to hear mate, glad we've been able to help you, definitely appreciate the kind feedback :)

  • Are there any fees for upgrading/downgrading plans when on the non-contract option?

    • +1

Hello, when upgrading mid month on the no contract there is a $10 fee, if you decide to change plans at the end of the billing period there will be no fee for changing plans :)

    Where is my NBN :(?

    • Hello ntb, have you put in an application for an Aussie Broadband service? Or are you asking when you will be available for the NBN? Feel free to send me a message and I can check for you :)

      • My house is not even in the 5 years plan for NBN LOL

  • OP NBNco doesn't have you listed as an available provider in our area ….. you might want to get onto them to update their info.

Can this offer still be taken up if using a referral, or does, "mention this ad," void any referral bonus?

    • Hey mate, depending on your area, we may not be available for NBN services just yet. Feel free to send me a message and I can look into this for you :)

      • I checked our address on your site, and it's supposedly available to us.

  • NBN is no available at my house yet, is there a way I can fast track to get it installed?

    • Hey mate, I would recommend speaking with the NBNco directly, unfortunately we are not in control of the rollout areas and when they happen

  • F**k this government and NBN co

Finally found a decent NBN provider just to find out that my area is not allocated to Aussie Broadband.
