I got it delivered for $16 all up and checked out as a guest.
I would have gone to pick up as I am about 15km away, but I am too time poor over the next few weeks.

Just got a call from Soniq, they are ready for pick up.
Just got the call myself to come and pick it up. Rather pleasantly surprised and for $4 I'm not expecting much.
They surpassed my expectations and sound pretty good, not as good as my Z623 but better than the JBL Duet III from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/205832
Spewing I didn't buy a second set at $4 it's a steal. In fact they are every bit worth their retail price of $42 and would happily pay that for them.
Mine also looked brand new, not a mark on them with all the packaging intact I'm sure you will be happy with them.

I was seriously disappointed with the JBL Duet Speakers and have them packed away in their box already and was hoping these would be an 'upgrade'.
The inbuilt speakers in my iMac were better than the JBL speakers and hoping these can give a little more oomph and clarity.
Just got delivered and I love them so much!
Toll tried to today but just left after not getting a response from my apartment (I'm at work during the day).
I gave them a call and requested that they ring the bell for the building manager, get him to sign for it and put it in the secure mailroom. This is a standard request I put in the notes section every time I place an order online.
$10 says they just don't deliver it and I have to go pick it up from the depot.

Picked mine up today. Looked brand new and are probably the best $4 I've ever spent. The speakers far out perform my expectations. If I had known I would have grabbed a pile of them and given them to my friends.
Mine were great for about 20 minutes then they died.
There's a ticking noise coming from the amp and the green light on the control box lights up in time with the ticks.
Sometimes it catches on and I can play something for a few seconds and then 'tick, tick, tick'.
Give them a call on Monday, pretty sure with D.O.A they will send you a replacement and according to the website they still have stock.

Soniq refused to repair or replace my DOA speakers.
They offered a refund of $4 but refused to refund the cost of freight which was $12. They wanted to me to accept that I would be out of pocket $12 and left with broken speakers.
Sigh, time to start a complaint through the ACCC.
It would cost more to store and package.
