Aldi have a dehydrator that comes around on sale once or twice a year. $39 from memory - at least you can try and return if you don't like it :)

    Yep. I have one and it does the job (I am an extreme beginner with them). Anybody have some nice recipes? I rotate my trays every hour and usually dehydrate the meat for about 7-8 hours
