Found this bargain on helium balloons in the latest Spotlight VIP Party catalogue. I don't think you have to be a VIP member but it is free to join anyway! Perfect if you want to fill a room for a party, celebration or prank.

I think the regular price is $0.49 for the deflated balloon PLUS about $0.99 for the helium so effectively you are getting the helium FREE!

Just placed an order in for the 29th of August but there shouldn't be any issues pre booking for a date after the 30th as you can pay in advance (could be wrong but worth a shot)

    thanks for posting! I can't figure out how to pre-order…once I click on it it just shows the deflated balloon for 19 cents
