All the calendars I've seen are done on laser printers.
Not quite regular photo quality, but a lot cheaper. Try pricing a dozen calendar-sized enlargements! (done on inkjet)
Does anyone still do C41 enlargements?
I'm not sure who HN use for processing, but Fuji Film are of a fairly high quality. Having seen plenty of these calendars, they definitely come up great.
