WORST online website EVER! They claimed they have shipped my orders on the 21st nov….yet, i am STILL waiting on THEM!

I have been using them for sometime and it seems one of my orders has to get stuffed with them every christmas. My 21 Nov order wasnt delivered too and they replied to my query the instant I lodged a Paypal dispute. Now will have to wait for a resolution.

I ordered the Eye Pet Camera Kit on the 3rd of November and I did not receive it. After many emails and raising a PayPal dispute (gotta love PayPal) they finally refunded me my money 3 days ago. Now I have to join the shopping crowds and try hunting for another Eye Pet game for a XMas present :(

I agree with you guys. Thought it was just me and a one off thing. Ordered something presumed 'in stock'. After I pay for my order, it goes 'back order'
Thanks for the heads up.. but on a lot of items (namely all the PS3 and XBOX360 games) there only seems to be a reduction of a few dollars at most.

Yep, rubbish online shop, I'm still waiting on two PS3 controllers and a game apparently sent on 7th Dec. Wish I never ordered from them… No tracking on the order either.
My experience with them wasn't actually bad. I ordered some games in early november, they arrived a couple of days later, no problemo. I guess they're screwing up under the pressures of Christmas sales.
I ordered a DVD on Nov 5 from them and i got it pretty soon after that.
Yes a real shame that their delivery times have blown out, as I remember using them regularly a couple of years ago and items would always arrive in 3-5 days to Sydney.
Never use CDWOW! still waiting for my games and they are already cheaper online! :(
Just got a full refund today, if customer service dont reply lodge a dispute thats the way to go. I would still buy from them if the price is right.
CD WOw used to be ok, but then they were bought out. Now they are crap.
The game I ordered on 17/11 that supposedly shipped on 22/11 arrived yesterday posted from Switzerland? Only used them so I could get the uncensored version of LFD2 but doubt that I will buy from them again. I have found Play-Asia to be reliable so will stick with them.

You wait 1 month for delivery, unable to contact them outside of email which they dont reply to.
Chances are within that 1 month you can probably find a cheaper deal in your local shop because of Christmas/boxing day clearance.
