    From the FAQ.

    Are all the drinks free inside the festival?
    You will be able to sample many of the world’s finest drinks for free at Top Shelf but you will have to pay for whole glasses of beer and wine and for longer mixed drinks. Some exhibitors will be selling whole bottles for off-premise consumption too. Free water will be available.

  The event is for Saturday and Sunday but the deal is only "Valid Sunday August 9". Early bird tickets are available for Top Shelf $25 on the website.
