I ordered the sewing kit and 2 gloves, but only received 1 pair of gloves yesterday.
Confirmed with the customer service.
My order was shipped from 2 different warehouses.
I was wondering this too. I received an order this morning but it's missing the sewing kits (I ordered 2) and a pair of gloves. Nothing on the paperwork about the missing items.
So I bought a few item from Staples, my first order with them and I spent $56.55 and I have been charged $1 extra then another $23.45 the next day, this company is hopeless.
and no I didnt get the $1 back.
Anyone know how long orders take to receive? Ordered mine wednesday night.

I note that they have charged my CC for all of my items (in stages) but no delivery yet.
Got sewing kit today most impressed with what you get for less than $2 :)

Contact them online. I chatted with them online and all my items (sewing kits and gloves) get sent the next day.

Same here.
After 8 days my order hadn't been delivered, so I phoned them and they delivered the next day.
Mine arrived today. I didn't end up calling so it is probably just a backlog they've got.
Contacted online chat and here's the response.
Hi xx, In relation to your order, due to the high demand of the sewing kits, it has caused delays in delivery. You should however, receive delivery next week from Monday
Mine didn't arrive yet.
I called up their customer service number, after about 20min some elderly person answered the phone. When I said re an order placed a few weeks ago, the gentleman asked me if it was for a Sewing kit got the same response as bk07. He promised that they will ship my order tomorrow.

Used online chat last week, they said the delivery failed coz no one was home to sign for it. But my mum is always home.
So no idea what theyre on about.
They asked if anyone would be home to sign for it the next day. I said, yep ill make sure someome will be there to sign.
Nothing. No delivery.
Will call on monday to see whats happ.
Matybe they are hoping ppl will just forget about it - and they make 1.75 from ppl who dont care if they get it or not but have been charged for it
Are they using AusPost for delivery or other courier? It's normal practice if no one is home, the parcel would be
dropped to nearest post office for the collection, even for courier delivery.
So I think the reason for fail delivery probably is BS from Staples.com

looks like they used a courier. i wasn't home at the time so they just left it outside my front door.
I was home when they delivered mine, but they didn't knock …they just left the parcel near the front door.
Received mine today.
Looks like the delivery person came last Friday when I wasn't home and left a note. I went online to submit my details and the parcel was redelivered today (wednesday).
Still no sewing kit here either, in Sydney.
Actually completely forgot about it until I checked my CC statement. Now I want it more than ever.
Everyone check their credit card statement, I ordered two of these and there is a transaction for $3.44 which is correct but there is an extra $1 pending from staples
