    $85.89usd Normally $94.49usd

With the AU diving again, the AU price of this is unchanged…

    Normally $128.16au

you can't apply today's exchange rate to an old price…

    • +1

vj vj, when will you learn…

  • What do you suggest remove it i guess

  • Still looks to be $94.49 today JV. Hence the code making it cheaper?

Actually I do like that the CODE changes the price to $110.94 and then tells me I got a $25 saving. Rather than $9.

  • Specs confusing. Does it actually have wifi and BT, or not? Ethernet is a nice bonus.
Is there a battery like in similar devices?

CPU speed is overstated. Actually 1.33GHz.

    • Turbo frequency is 1.83ghz.

Modern Intel chips will quote their speed based on turbo frequency, but the quoted speeds differ depending on if it's firing on one or more cores.

    • There's a picture on the page that shows the features. It shows both BT and WiFi, so I believe the answer is yes.

      • Probably does, but you should know better than to believe the graphics in chinese ads. Its not in the specs, and the review says no BT.
Of course, the reviews are often just made up by people who only looked at the specs, did not actually use it.

  • All of these Mini Boxes are pretty much the same with Wifi and BT Ethernet is a bonus.
    Burst Freq 1.83GHZ
No battery in this small unit.

  • WORTH BUYING OR CRAPIOLA?

    • Little disappointing that it's only on Android 4.4, doesn't have any remote and only 1080p output… but it depends what you need it for…

    • Al theses $100us pretty much the same always handy to have even if you never use it.:-)

  • any similar device with two os and 4GB RAM?

    • There is a VOYO device 4/64GB around 259US$ (tell em they're dreaming) that's getting into NUC territory.

      • Its not the cost of the extra RAM itself. You have to pay a lot more for the Intel SoC, and legit Windows is expensive.
The Z3735F is very cheap but limited to 2GB.
Microsoft is so secretive with their licensing, we cannot even tell if these "with Bing" mini PCs are totally pirate, using a tablet license, microsoft turning a semi-official blind eye to the China market, or totally approved for export. Are there any "with Bing" 4GB devices?

  • Funny how googling "Cenovo" gets "Did you mean: Lenovo " . Even their logo is the same font. Screams dodgy.
I guess its like “Pfft. I know a genuine Panaphonics when I see it. And look, there’s Magnetbox and Sorny.” – Homer Simpson

Yep. They used to be called 1BM.

  • It is what it is and what one wants to makes of it I guess. :-)

  • Can anyone tell me if this is better/worse than this: http://www.netplus.com.au/product/NBIN-STICK-024/Intel_Compu… ?

    • This one is half the price, has Android….etc

Other one (Netplus quote's): "(And if you don't want or need Windows, which is obviously inconceivable, you will be able to get an even cheaper Compute Stick running Ubuntu Linux. That one has just 1 GB of RAM and 8GB of storage)

What would put this thing over the top is two things. Power-over-HDMI, which is an issue for any HDMI dongle. And a Windows RT/x86 version that actually worked, providing a remote-friendly interface that would make sense on an HDTV…."

Depends on what you want to use if for I guess. I'll pass on both as my phone can do most things that this does :p lol

      • Thanks I'm looking for a device for my mother in law, so she can use Facebook and Youtube in her living room on the TV.

        • +1

K400r Keyboard or any will work well.

  • Never used a stick type player myself.
Price, Performance would be close to the same,
Small desktop compared to a dongle. More ports on the Cenovo.
