  I really wanted to neg this as it is a rubbish deal and not actually the best of Europe. But your description is correct and it is only a very SMALL part of Europe. I suppose a few free chapters is a deal…..

  Lonely planet never gives away "Free" travelling "books" in the true sense of the word. Not a pamphlet like previous other freebie deals.
