If you don't mind factory refurbs with full warranty (Apple springs to mind), I think these are OK prices. The problem that is likely to afflict your brand new item has been fixed in a refurb.

someone posted it recently on ozbFor Refurbs you would expect them to be well under $300 for the QC25's. As others have mentioned, you can get the QC25 from many stores for around $335.
Considering there have been many deals @ $339 for a brand new pair, I don't see this as a good deal.

Factory refurbs are great BUT the discount has to be there. In this case it's just not.
