I was checking to see if this deal, https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/198788, was being repeated and looks like it is.
Can't see where they mention the exact dates but I'm assuming it's for the game night only, wednesday the 8th.

Had an issue with the North Ryde Ribs and Rumps for the State of Origin 2 special (same as this deal) with some excuse "The kitchen isn't set up to do this for a sit down so I'll check with the manager". After I told them it doesn't say "takeaway only" after the server claimed it to be that way, they said "there was an issue with the website". Luckily it was quiet, and the manager approved it.
Worst excuses I've ever heard, especially the first one.
Was given 12 wings and a full rack of ribs. Pretty good ribs I have to say! The 12 wings and 1 rack of rumps equate to around $70 normal price. Buffalo wings were average.. would not go out of my way to pay for their wings.
Ribs are better than hurricanes (I don't get the hype around hurricanes ribs.. they're so lean and dry). Juicy and full of meat :)
I've been to the North Ryde one twice for organised parties, ribs were average and overpriced. Second time ordered the 400g rump medium rare, was cooked perfectly but was THE TOUGHEST piece of rump I've ever tried to eat.
Yeah I wouldn't return to ribs and rumps unless it was on special, I thought the ribs were alright if compared to hurricanes.
Memphis wings (near costco casula) had amazing value and juicy ribs, it made hurricanes ribs look like amateurs.Memphis wings>ribs and rumps>hurricanes
In value, and meat on the ribs. Not sure why but it seems like hurricanes had meatless cows and cooks, ribs and rumps had average cows, Memphis wings had the best fat cows :)
