I've never been to Northland, so I didn't know this restaurant existed.
If you go there you must call it Norfland or they will know you are not a local. Dress code for dinner is strictly ugg boots or moccasins.

Note: Fine Print (upper left of the image, at least on Facebook) says "Participating Stores only" & "Not valid with any other offer".

would a kilo of beef ribs be about a half rack?
I have been there, and the pork ribs were a lot better than the beef ribs. IMHO.
Deal? Chicken wings are $1.99 a kilo
But these wings are from a Buffalo.
Hate to think of the damage a flying buffalo crash would make.
That's why you remove the wings while they're still young
