    • Yeah, continues to lose power. Down from 95% to 92% slow but noticable.

      I've checked and nope, I'm wrong. Even the 12W, 2.4A official Apple plug, can't power an ipad while playing a movie, over wifi, with BT enabled (and max LED brightness) with or without the camera and 25% of the LCD screen.

      So, presumably the Blitz one is still just as good as the real thing.

      also the movie is widescreen, so there's black bars to boot - not all of the LED / LCD is being illuminated / worked. Therefore even more power draw could be occuring if it was a 4:3 movie.

      That's only true for AMOLED screens. With LCD screens, the entire panel is being lit at full brightness - the LCD layer above it then blocks the light to form images.
