  To make claim:

  1. Purchase any one [1] participating Radox product featuring a promotional sticker during the promotional period;
  2. Visit www.radoxcashback.com.au and print out the claim form;
  3. Fill in all fields on the claim form in full, including an answer to each of the five research questions – four questions will have YES/NO answers and one question will require an answer of not less than 10 words regarding what you like/dislike about Radox and its products. The claimant must provide answers to all questions, however, the answers provided will in no way impact upon a claimants eligibility to claim the cash back offer.
  4. Remove the original promotional sticker from the Radox product and attach to the claim form, along with the original or a photocopy of the store receipt for the Radox product purchase; and
  5. Send the claim form with the original promotional sticker and store receipt in a stamped envelope to:
     Radox – 100% Cash Back, PO Box 223, Brookvale NSW 2100.

  Pretty good way to do some market research and boost sales at the the same time! Maybe it's time to try out the Radoz, although I'm not sure the effort is worth it for one product.

  I bought mine today. Just make sure you pick one up with a sticker/tag attached to the top otherwise it appears your claim won't be accepted. There were bottles there without the stickers on.

    It's good for people with dry/sensitive skin I think. We have been using it for years.
