    Specifications:
Hill Sun King 4 Line Retractable Clothesline
    Line extends up to 6.5m
    Total line length 26m
Powder coated for indoor and outdoor use
    Only available in cream colour
Suitable for wall or post mounting
(Wall fixings and posts sold separately)

    • When you say "Wall fixings and posts sold separately", does that mean
      (1) it doesn't come with any screws to attach it to the wall, or
      (2) you need to spend extra to purchase a bracket, to attach it to the wall?

You need to buy 4 wall anchors for it. The type of wall anchors you need will depend on the type of wall you are putting it into and whether it is inside or outside. I guess they are not included because there is not a standard anchor that will do all of these different options.

    • Can you tell me if Bayswater WA has stock?

      • All stores have stock

        • Thanks

        • No stock left at Bayswater. I went to Bunnings Belmont and got the $30 one, there are 3 left on the bottom shelf along the back wall near aisle 40.

  • Exactly what I am after. Now to wait for Bunnings to match it.

  • Anyone know if you could loop the line less and run it a longer distance?

    • Maybe if you put it up permanently and didn't need to retract it. Otherwise I think a longer line wouldn't fully retract.

Wall to wall, meaning you need two walls to put this between…. almost what I needed.

This one doesn't need two walls and is pretty cheap: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Orbit-Toy-Galvanised-Metal-Cl…

I can confirm that all Masters stores have stock of the clothesline. Also the Masters one is made by Hills so you know it will be good quality.

    • that is cheap!

  • No Masters within 400km radius.

    Bunnings it is……

    • Same here :(

    • @albanyson unfortunately I think Master plan is to focus on more metro stores atm, although the Masters store in Mandurah is only 340km away I agree it's still too far to justify driving to buy one item.

@storyteller where in VIC are you to be over 400km from a Masters store?

  • what is the material… tempting to get one.. buntings made in plastic :C

master powder coated [i assume anti rust and made from steel?]

    can't find any other info..

    buntings design look better….

    • well plastic won't rust unless its made by the russians

    • buntings

Like this extra competition in the market. Makes Bunnings lift their game.

And Woolworths have lost over $500 million doing it

Lost or invested? I'm a cup half full type person ;-)

I just went down to buy this but when I inspected it decided not too. I didn't have a tape measure on me but I'm guessing it's only 400-500 mm wide. Might be OK for someone living on their own but not suitable for a typical household. Still, everything else about it gets my tick of approval.

Got one ,excellent for when it's raining .

Just got one of the last piece left @ Bibra Lake store.. Thanks for sharing the deal

  • Anyone knows the exact width? somebody said 400-500mm but I need to be sure. Also there is a minimum distant between the walls?

    • +1

Bought one. I had the same problem as you. You'll need at least 600mm for the module to mount and another maybe 30mm- - 40mm for the retracting knob. Comes with the mounting bracket for wall to wall operation. Otherwise you'll need to buy your own post or improvise.
