  I have no idea what the down votes are for…. am in the market for a decent balljoint separator which doesn't snap in half while trying to get the ball joints out…. oh well… hello OZB community :)

  Better off getting a Pittman puller. Those pickle fork ball joint separators will end up tearing your dust boot.

    Is this OK to remove the lower ball joint on the front of a falcon? I hear they are really difficult to get out and to get the new one back in. Do you need a press?

Thanks, the spring compressors will be useful for a couple of upcoming jobs. Used to have a similar pair but long since "borrowed" by someone. Grr
