  BOQ Property app… property report gets emailed within minutes (not next business day like OP). No need for legit contact details, just email. Never been spammed by them as a result of it either

    Thanks. Downloaded the small app, tried on my home - boy was it cheap when purchased.

    Information for all these reports is only as good as last sale information. Mine has almost no details except where it is, unimproved property vale, last sale price - decades ago.
