However some people might not be aware you are getting credit checked and is still subject to credit checked approval whether you pay upfront or not, which I think is a breach of Privacy law considering there was no mention of consent required for a credit checked as it is detrimental for people's credit file, approved or not especially if you have too many unnecessary credit inquiry on your files and you are going for a home loan.
While I do not believe I have any credit issues with my credit file, nevertheless my order was cancelled by Optus after providing ID, so it prompted me to look and found the one on COTD. So this is merely an alternative, as I think it deserves it's own listing because many orders were cancelled by Optus for no apparent reason including mine and optus is not selling the 128gb Model either in the listing, which is the one I end up buying for $610.35 delivered instead of the 128gb Mini3 for $899 @ Apple Store, FYI only difference between the mini 2 hardware and the mini3 is just the fingerprint scanner LOL.
