    they pretty much are, people has been dumping them brand new on fb market place, from Apple's back to uni sale which ends today. Actually pages and pages of them.

            But if apple cant tell its a fake and there is a difference in quality, than you can just get a new pair under warranty.

  I still prefer the shape of the first-generation Apple wireless earbuds. They fit my ears perfectly, are very comfortable to wear, and don't fall out easily. I hope Apple can release a new pair of earbuds with the same shape as the first generation.

    +1. Big fan of 2nd Gen, which has same as Gen1. can't wait for apple to release Airpods E, so they will relaunch Gen 1/2 again.

      I had 2nd gen which I've replaced with these for the usb-c port as I won't need any lightning cables any more, hoping they fit my ears, I think I'm ok as my ears are thicc

  been told that the non noise cancelling version sound better in youtube comments and reddit, so i got them, they fall out the ear all the time, so i had to g et a thin tip cover for them from ebay. now they are ok and dont fall out easily
