  • Prices capped from $7.95 within Sydney regional areas

    HOW IS THAT NORMALLY $15?

    • Hi Tuzii, $7.95 promo only for local deliveries from suburbs with postcode 2000 to postcode 2000. It was $15.00 before we run this promotion.

  • ppost sounds like the uberx of parcel delivery!

    • Haha pretty much!

Not necessarily taking a pop at the rep, but take a look at what Sydney 2000 encompasses (https://www.google.com/maps/place/Sydney+NSW,+Australia/@-33…)

If that cannot be covered for $5 with 3 hour delivery, for the size of package that they would do $7.95("Price may vary depending on weight and dimension of parcel"), I don't know what this world is coming to.

"Prices capped from $7.95" ? This makes no sense. 'Capped' implies a top limit. 'From' implies this is a starting price.

It would help if you had your site proof read by someone with better English. It does not look professional as it is.

    • Hi Snoovey, thanks for your feedback. The quote implies that the lowest capped price delivery fee with PPost begins at $7.95. This $7.95 deal is only for local deliveries from suburbs with postcode 2000 to postcode 2000.

      • best to make things explicit when offering a product or service, as people will inevitably think they are entitled to what is actually said/offered, rather than what is implied.

      • Don't live in Sydney but, I think it'd be better to say delivery within postcode 2000 and not "suburbs with postcode 2000 to postcode 2000".

        • Hi, Stingy-oz. Thanks for your constructive feedback. Title revised!

Another problem with your language. What is a runner ? You claim to have over 2,000 in Sydney alone ! On your site you have a picture of one.

If by 'runner' you mean courier you would be the largest courier company operating in Sydeny by far. There are less than 1000 downloads of the Android app. and out of all 4 reviews 3 complain of crashing.

        Please explain !

        • Runners are PPost members who are registered, able to review delivery requests from our customers and to have jobs assigned to them through our Application. For more information, do not hesitate to check out the terms and conditions on our website. We are continuously updating and fixing the App. Currently, it is not supporting all phone models apart from Android and Apple, but we are definitely working on it. Latest version was released on April 27.

        • @ppost: So anyone who has downloaded and successfully managed to get it working and registered is considered a runner !

What a load of crock !
