No he doesnt. He recommends a good pair of running shoes.

      • He's not as fast as he used to be…

    pfftt, more like a competition

    • +3

Yep. Only 24 rides per car and that's without allowing for the time to drop off/pick up passengers. Probably more like 18. Presumably more than one car, but not by much I'd imagine.

What's the point in driving around at <=40km/h in a supercar anyway?

      • +1

I saw a photo of the cars this morning in South Perth. There are 3 in the photo.

I support them by using them weekly because I'm a cheapskate.

But I also agree that they are not regulated and can cause a whole lot liability issues in the case of accidents

so at the end of the day, if they get shut down, I'm happy to going back to paying 10-15% more for a regular cab

I would pay the same as a taxi for Uber. I hate having to constantly give the drivers directions and having to listen to them either on their hands free kits talking, or having to put up with an Arabic radio station blasting.
Perth's taxi mafia have done this to themselves- I have been around the world a bit, but these guys are as bad as you can get.

    • Try Croatia :)

And I'm sure there's much worse than that..
