Use of the discount code WHEYME is supposed to lower the price to $169.95, but for those who got it at $159.95, the $159.95 final price will stay.

    Use Code WHEYME for deal one and it will drop it down to $169. Still not as good as the $152 it was earlier. Does not work with the other bundles.

    Hi guys,

    Would you recommend this product for someone just starting going to gym? Im new to these things and want to build muscle/ upper body. I've been told skim milk powder mixed with milk is just as good, can someone please advise?

      Whey protein helps during the recovery period post gym workout. Gives your muscles that immediate supply of amino acids to help them recover.

      Im not saying its essential, but food also works just as good and does the same job if you have time to fit in that meal ASAP after training .

      However, if you have a busy lifestyle or feel that there would be some type of delay before you can have your meal, then Whey protein is a good quick nutritional boost as a supplement . You would still have to have real food post workout though
