Saw this advertised last night on TV. Buy one ticket - get one free. Travel on a day sailing between 23 January and 21 March 2010.

I know airfares a pretty cheap these days, but going on the Ferry is a bit of an adventure and you can take your car.

I always wonder how the boat does now with all these cheap fares across the bass strait. MEL-Launceston is about the cheapest route in the country.

In saying that, its a good deal seing you can travel on peak days.

Well the boat actually goes from Devonport to Melbourne :P
