    thanks. i HATE chemist warehouse's labeling / pricing in store. (not sure about catelogues)

    They always stick big "sale" style stickers on top of the price.. and when I take a peek under the sticker… the price is exactly the same… so it's not on sale or discounted… they just make u think it is….

      Report them for false advertising. I'm sure the ACCC and Choice would love to hear about that.

        it's not really false advertising though… because they're not saying it's a discount off their old price…. they're just sticking a big bright sticker with the same price on it (and also giving a "saving" off "RRP")

        @edwinlin88: But the Australian Consumer Law is pretty clear about not claiming savings based on RRP, but on a stores normal selling price (which in CW's case might be the same as their "sale" price).
        So CW is breaking the ACL, I also think Choice mentioned it at one point (who knows why the ACCC doesn't pull them up on it - they only now started going after Nurofen "specific" painkillers - maybe lack of resources).
