Personal Comment: I don't have this model, but bought one a while back for $50 very similar :(…, at this price it's quite good, not sure about shipping but the usage is great. Comes with a really useful remote control that can input song number which will jump straight to that song.

You basically put heaps of mp3s on a USB stick (or with this model, a SD card potential too) and plug it in that cigarette lighter hole thing in the car and it will emulate a radio channel that you specify, ie. you make it 92.8 and change your radio station to that station and it'll start playing off your USB. 92.8 because I can flick the notch to 92.9 radio station with ease without seeking. Quite useful and i've found it better than burning CD's in my opinion. Really flexible thing, google FM modulator if you are more curious.
