An earlier post said Target has this at $39.95 in store, however this is $39.76 delivered!
Also this is from Dick Smith, an Australian store, so there's no need to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Good deal, but just in case you can afford to wait 2 weeks CD-WOW have it for $31.30 delivered today.
DSE also have the PC version for $39 but the PS3 version is much more expensive, best to head over to Target for that.
