This is released by one of those cheap "under $10" companies, who just repackage public domain footage as their own.
Not really a bargain, but might be a good xmas pressie for any oldies who might like him - they'd probably not know how to view the footage on YouTube ;).
Now you mention it, their website gives me the impression that they only have 4 staff who actually do the DVDs - two for Mastering, one for Graphic Arts, and a 'Licensing & Legal Affairs' person whom I'm guessing is the one that would know about the public domain footage and any licensing or copyright issues.
