Not always. I have turned up to outlet usually in search of cheap indoor soccer shoes and tend to find most of the time they are 30-50% off range rather than 50% off across the board.
Their shoes are good deals at $30.
Is there also an adidas or New Balance store near alexandria ? I want to buy some running shoes.
I know running shoes are really an individuals thing, but I found the FAAS range of shoes from Puma pretty good in my opinion. I ran City to Sea in a pair of FAAS 500s which didn't give me much trouble until the end where my feet went numb because I tied my laces too tight.

As far as i remember Puma outlet stores always have 50% off.
