1. WHICH LINDT PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROMOTION?
   Only the 100g Lindt GOLD BUNNY purchased at Coles stores throughout the dates of the promotion are eligible. However, your GOLD BUNNY can be milk, dark, hazelnut and/or white chocolate.
2. IF I BUY A LINDT PRODUCT OTHER THAN A 100G GOLD BUNNY, CAN I STILL GET THE RIBBONS?
   No. The promotion is only eligible for 100g Lindt GOLD BUNNY products purchased from Coles during the promotion period.
3. CAN I CLAIM MORE THAN 4 RIBBONS?
   The first 45,000 customers can redeem up to 4 ribbons per online redemption. There is a maximum of 2 redemptions per person, while stocks last.
4. CAN I CHOOSE WHAT COLOUR RIBBON I GET?
   For the best results with our premium gold lettering, all ribbons will be red, regardless of which type of 100g Lindt GOLD BUNNY you have purchased.
5. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM LENGTH OF NAME I CAN PRINT ON THE RIBBON?
   The maximum character limit is 10 letters or symbols from the English alphabet per name (excluding the 's). If a name is longer than 10 letters, perhaps use an affectionate nickname.
6. CAN I PRINT ANY NAME I WANT ON THE RIBBONS?
   The MY GOLD BUNNY promotion allows you to personalise the ribbon on your Lindt GOLD BUNNY with a name up to 10 letters long. Any offensive or inappropriate words will not be permitted.
7. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE THE RIBBONS TO REACH ME?
   From receiving your order confirmation email, please allow between 2-3 weeks for the ribbons to arrive at your home. You will receive an email once your ribbons are with Australia Post and on their way to your address.
8. I PLACED MY ORDER AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY RIBBONS. WHAT DO I DO?
   Please allow 2-3 weeks from date of order for your ribbons to arrive. You will receive an email advising when your ribbons are being posted. If you haven't received this email, please email [email protected] with your contact details.
9. WILL I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY OF MY RIBBONS?
   No, you don't need to be at home. The package will arrive as a standard envelope in your mailbox.
10. I BOUGHT A 100G LINDT GOLD BUNNY FROM A STORE OTHER THAN COLES. CAN I STILL ORDER MY RIBBONS?
    This promotion is only available for customers who purchase their 100g Lindt GOLD BUNNY through Coles stores and Coles online.
11. I PURCHASED MY 100G LINDT GOLD BUNNY THROUGH COLES ONLINE. CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION?
    Yes. Coles online customers are eligible to participate.
12. HOW DO I FIND MY RECEIPT NUMBER?
    If you purchased through a Coles store your receipt number is located on the top right hand side of your receipt.
    If you purchased through Coles online, your receipt number is the 8 digit number on the left hand side of your order confirmation email.
13. WHAT IS MY STORE NUMBER?
    If you purchased through a Coles store your store number is located on the top right hand side of your receipt.
    If you purchased through Coles online, your store number is 0100.
14. WHY ARE YOU ASKING FOR A CHARITY DONATION TO THE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL AT WESTMEAD?
    Lindt Australia is proud to support The Children's Hospital at Westmead. To share the Easter spirit, we are asking people to give a voluntary donation to join us in helping them to improve the health and wellbeing of hundreds of sick children every year.
15. IS THERE A CHARGE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION?
    The only cost to participate is the purchase of a 100g Lindt GOLD BUNNY from Coles. As this is a free promotion, we have partnered with The Children's Hospital at Westmead and invite you to spread the Easter spirit through a donation to them instead. This donation is at your discretion.
16. WHY ARE YOU COLLECTING MY CONTACT INFORMATION?
    The promotion asks that you provide your full name, postage address and email address so that we can post the ribbons to you and advise you of progress and confirmation with your email address. Your information will not be used for future marketing purposes beyond this promotion.
