I'd still say the 9020 deal is better unless you want to pay $290 for a touch screen, win 7 pro and keyboard.
Compared to the i7 9030 CPU and GPU is more or less the same. It's also cheaper and easier to add an HDD than to add a SSD since you don't have to re-install the OS.
Can't imagine using a PC on a 5400RPM drive.
