  I paid for 2 services total around $60 USD and now I couldn't access any. This guy just took the money and banned my ip when I tried to reason with him.

  What exactly is the violation ? Of course I need to raise dispute since you ignored my request and banned my ip. You sent out an email saying I would get a refund and then when I contacted you and you just said I violated your TOS and then banned my ip. I paid hard earned money and get nothing that's what I wanted to point out here.

  I actually liked the name because I thought it was kinda funny and memorable, got my attention enough to read on…

  Now that I've read on, the comments of the dispute above kinda sound like the name fits - any publicity is good publicity I guess?

    I rather not discuss customer specific situations in public because we respect privacy. We strive to provide the best for our customers but ToS violations are unacceptable. As I mentioned earlier, he's more than welcome to email me to discuss it further if he likes.

  I grabbed two VPSes in December, instant provisioning after PayPal payment, everything went very smoothly.

  Also grabbed one in their early December sale. Thoroughly disappointed as that VPS is just not tragic enough — it's still alive with 1 month uptime! Certainly didn't live up to their name…
