I'm a VIP member but didn't get the email. Can you tell me please, do you need the email to claim the 20%? Is the 20% on top of other discounts? Thanks.

I don't think you need to print out the email to claim the 20%. I saw the same thing advertise on TV also. Sorry, not sure whether it's 20% on top of other discounts.
