  Centrebet has already pulled out from the affiliation network I think so you can't even find them on MoneyBackCo's website.

  If it's like the previous offer, the $10 vanishes when you place a bet - the only thing you get is any winnings. So if you want to be reasonably certain of getting some money out of this and place a "safe" bet on something paying $1.20, all you get is two bucks.

  Not really worth the effort and identity fraud risk of having to send copies of photo ID, the front and back of your credit card, a copy of a recent credit card account statement and a utility bill showing your address.
