    on the website in the product pdf it says using this allows the skimmer box to keep working.
    Is this relevant to this item?

    After having a problem with a pool cleaner purchased from these guys last year I tried emailing [email protected] after receiving no reply weeks later I used the contact form on the website but have yet to receive a reply another month on…

      Same here, have asked multiple times via PM, in posts and via email, all with no reply. (Order # 100013666)

      I was after a copy of the full user manual (as opposed to the quick start sheet that came with it), as the download link no longer works since Poolrite when belly up.

      Mine does a good job of cleaning the walls, not so good on the floor. Also can only clean 2/3's of the pool as it gets stuck on the stairs and have to shorten the hose to avoid this. This is a Freedom kidney shaped pool

      Hi,

      Some minor assembly is required: it comes flat packed, so similar to many other pool cleaners, the disc and the deflector need to be fitted.

    Bought this but with the hose kit close to a year ago and its still going strong

    I haven't had a problem with mine and it gets used often to keep the pool in tip top shape even in the off months
    Doesn't get stuck and requires very minimal care to keep it working well

    Would definitely buy again

    Got it.

    Goes quite quick around pool , smaller than the old Manta. Even gets in and out of the corner that the Manta would get stuck in.

    Overall a bargain.
