Elephant phone?
The performance is what matters, the name is irrelephant.
Eg. Tony Abbot :) - seriously !!
Only if you are illiterate
The only place this trumps (or should I say… trunks) the Y550 in my opinion is the higher res screen.
dang, I just bought my mother a Moto G. Anyone know how this compares?
Not as good a cook.
Not question the performance of the phone.
But the 180 days warranty worries me. It makes me feel like even the seller does not expect the product lasts more than half year. The quality of the product appears to be a huge question mark to me.
Further, in case the product defected within the warranty period. You would have to post it back to the seller, who's location is unknown. Other than the international post cost. I would say the whole repair process (date from defect incurred to the date repaired product delivered to your hand) would take at least 3-4 weeks. That is almost 1/6 of the expected product life.
That is you spend $100 on a phone which you can only use for 5 months.
If it isn't DOA you're likely to upgrade or break it before anything else happens.
Looks like a OnePlus One at first glance
US$170 for a 5" IPS HD screen 3G dual sim, 4.4 KitKat Android with BT4 is crazy amazing. They must pay the workers $2 a month to make them. And fall apart after 6 months. The phone that is.
So US$90 is great for a second phone as backup and for International travel.
Is there a 4G one for around US$150? With 3000mAh? That'd be interesting.
Found the 4G one with 2700mAh http://www.focalprice.com/MH1182W/Pre_sale_Elephone_P6000_5.…
Pre order for US$170 (was US$200)
Last time I ordered from focalprice (bluetooth audio receiver) my order was refunded without any communication. It wouldn't be hard to send an email notification but they didn't do it. They just refunded via Paypal, no explanation.
Would rather to buy it from To2c for the same price.
Is an ELEPHONE as big as it sounds?
Already purchased one of these phones from http://www.pandawill.com/elephone-g4-smartphone-android-44-m… and had it shipped via TNT Post (an extra ~$7 USD).
Other colour covers are available (black/white/green/blue/pink/yellow), just search for 'elephone g4'.
