I won't comment on the deal as such, might be good price for what it is.
However, I just had some shelves come off the wall using similar "wall mates", bringing down big chunks of the plasterboard with it. I've used these for a few things around the house, and the result has never been great. I've now thrown out the large pack I had bought. I would highly recommend spring toggles or hollow wall anchors, both are excellent and on a whole different level than these types. In my opinion.
Only rated to 10kg, so not a good idea for shelves, always try to find a stud for support for anything needing real weight.
