FREE UberBLACK Ride to The Star’s Rooftop Sky Terrace with Free Drinks (Thursdays 6 - 8pm)

What better way to settle into another glorious Sydney summer than with a month of long weekends?

That’s why, starting this Thursday, we’re bringing you UberSTAR to kick the weekend off a little early.

Request an UberSTAR, and you’ll be whisked away in an UberBLACK to The Star’s rooftop Sky Terrace for VIP treatment (think free drinks and a pair of win-only weighted dice), and the best sunset the city has to offer.

And what’s better than being chauffeured to summer good times on a rooftop? Oh yeah, it being completely free!

HOW IT WORKS

1. Download the Uber app on an Apple, Android or Windows device, and create an account.

2. Enter the promo code “UBERSTAR” when signing up, or in the PROMOTIONS section of the app if you’re already an Uber user.

3. Select the “UBERSTAR” option.

4. Check the ETA, hit “REQUEST UBERSTAR” when you’re ready to go, and enjoy the ride!

UberSTAR vehicles will only be operational 6-8pm Thursday, and will only take you to The Star. Make sure you confirm with your driver that you’re headed to The Star’s Pirrama Rd entrance.

THE FINE PRINT

UberSTAR will only be available in Sydney’s CBD, North Sydney, and Inner Eastern Suburbs between 6-8pm every Thursday from 20th November to 11th December.

Demand will be high and availability limited. The UberSTAR vehicles accommodate up to 4 passengers so get a group together before you request. The Star practises the responsible service of alcohol.

New Uber users may incur a $1 AUD verification charge upon signing up to make sure that your account is real. Don’t worry – this never actually withdraws any funds from your account and is reversed as soon as verification has been made.
