    looks like it may all be gone or somthing cause everytime I click on banner to buy it takes me to
    the product features page and no where to buy or add to basket or anything.

    Frustrating :(

    Just had a look. Add to basket seems to work for me. It's on the middle right hand side.

    chrisg direct links to DSE, such as this one, never seem to work because the session ID is embedded in the URL (and logically expire). In this case you should click the link, then search for item xc4188web and it will come up. scotty, the link here is actually wrong - if it worked it would have gone to the $29 DSE set top box!

    All looks good except that CPU is an obsoleted one (1.5Ghz !).

    The links works fine to me (using firefox/clicked the link, then clicked on the picture), showing XC4188WEB for 998$ (before cashback i think)

    Chrisg, I would personally go with the Toshiba, but it's got a 14.1 inch screen compared to the Acer's 15.4. Acer seems more feature packed too with a built in webcam.

    I'd try walk into a store and see it in real life before purchasing either. You never know fat, ugly or heavy they are until you see it yourself.
