Hi Chickenleg – I just checked that listing and it appears that it is an aftermarket version of our product that ships loose and does not include the Santa hat.
Our version is a UK designed product that comes in gift box packaging and includes both the Santakini and the Santa hat – hope this helps but let me know if have any other questions!

Could probably buy the material for $2 and pay a seamstress to sew it for $4. Made in Australia. Well with Chinese fabric of course because they bought all out machines and set them up in China.
Oops add another $6 for the white fluffy fur bit.
Then again could just buy a red version of the Borat green one and add the white trim. Make it removable so you can wear it the rest of the year.
Would a seamstress here sew even a button for $4?
Check hem and sew both for $10. Probably takes 20mins all up. If that. So to stitch the shoulder straps after you've cut it, would take less.
Adding the trim would only take 5 minutes I'd imagine. Those seamstresses are fast.
