You can just purchase through PayPal without an account if you are having issues.
If you pay with paypal you dont need to register.
Just did that. Paypal said payment was complete, but when I tried to redirect back to their site it said
Paid failed, return and try it again!

So we get no choice of what we get? I bought one and the $0.01 turned into $0.02 when I paid.

I had a quick search through my email and couldn't find anything. I've got a Paypal receipt for what I assume is this, item description is just "0.01 products" and there's no company name (in English at least).
