2000 points gives $10 on your card to spend at Coles & Target and for fuel. If the value isn't greater than that I don't consider it a deal :)
(so some of those are good value!)

flybuy dollars can't be used for fuel since Jan 1 this year. thanks ACCC.

  • The knife itself is worth $115 + $7.50 shipping atm (http://www.kitchenwaredirect.com.au/Wusthof-Classic-Ikon-Coo…). Cheaper if you get a set off ebay of course.

    I don't think a paring knife and a poor sharpener is worth $95 (convert 2000 flybuys points = $10).

  • Thanks OP, got a Mix voucher for the kids' clothes.

The Mix Appparel voucher has always been 2000 points for $20. This is an ongoing double value reward.

    • Correct! I've ordered 3 or 4 of them over the last couple of months, good value.

You can use fly buys on fuel, just purchase Coles Myer card at Coles express and swipe that, works like wonders.

    • i thought about that too, but most of the time, i just want to pay for my fuel and get out of there. don't want to be that person that holds up the whole queue ;)

Claimed the Tanita Body Fat/Hydration Monitor UM070 for 11,100 points. Similar model UM051 sells for about $80 on ebay. Thanks!

  • thanks..

  • Not sure if Flybuys have inflated their points regarding to Wusthof deal. The deal that you have posted has an original value of 85,400 points. However, when I search Wusthof in rewards section, the 'Wusthof Classic Essential 6 Piece Block set' will cost us 63,300 points. It also consists of the same knives (my assumption as both knives are defined as classic range), with different sharpening tool (honing steel) and 2 additional knives (12 cm utilty knive and 20cm bread knive). The thing that bother me is Why 'original point' of 3 tools are more expensive than 6 tools.
