Linux Foundation have recently introduced new certifications similar to Red Hat's RHCSA and RHCE.
Since I am enrolled into edX's "Introduction to Linux" course I got this email offering a US $100 discount:
…the Linux Foundation is offering all enrollees, for a limited time, a $100 discount on our newly launched certification exams.
Simply click here and enter the code LFCERT100 at checkout to receive this exclusive discount. This offer is only valid for 1 week, so act now (and don't worry, you have an entire 12 months from the date you sign up to schedule your choice of date and take the exam, so there's plenty of time to get ready). You can see all the details of these new Certifications at: www.linuxfoundation.org/certification
I have not tried to use the code myself.
I am surprised there is no Training/Education category for something like that…
I'm always interested in cheap stuff!
Are these guys respected? I know Redhat looks decent on a resume but can you compare them with these guys?
